(Product delivery time)

1. The Company shall promptly deliver the product to the delivery destination after confirming the purchase of the product. Please note that delivery may take some time depending on our business conditions, work conditions, weather, traffic conditions, delivery destination area, etc.

2. Regarding delays in delivery caused by the reasons specified in the following items, even if damage is caused to the customer, we are not responsible for compensating for the damage, and we will not refund the price or shipping fee. Or we shall not be responsible for reducing the amount.

(i) unforeseeable and abnormal traffic disturbance;

(ii) earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, storms, landslides and other natural disasters;

(3) Suspension of business of delivery companies or public transportation, strikes, etc.

(delivery fee)

The customer shall pay the prescribed delivery fee determined by the Company as follows. However, this does not apply if the Company has made the delivery fee free of charge.

Free shipping nationwide. However, for overseas delivery only, the customer will be charged a flat fee of 3,000 yen (including tax).

(Handling when delivery is not completed)

1 If the delivery of the product cannot be completed due to the reasons set forth in the following items, the Company will collect the product and refund the cost of collection (including the commission fee to the delivery company) to the customer. In addition, we may cancel the contract related to the product at our discretion.

(i) the delivery address is not available and the delivery company does not request redelivery within the storage period;

(ii) there is an error in the information regarding the delivery destination, and the delivery cannot be carried out;

2. In the cases set forth in the preceding paragraph, if the Company incurs damages, the Company may claim compensation for such damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) from the customer.

(Delay, damage, etc. by delivery company)

1. The Company shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery or damage to products due to reasons attributable to the delivery company.

2 If any trouble or dispute arises with the delivery company, the customer shall settle it at the customer's responsibility and expense, and the Company shall not be obligated to be involved in any such trouble or dispute. will do.

(Inquiries about delivery)

If the Company entrusts delivery to a delivery company, please contact the delivery company directly for inquiries regarding delivery.

(Relationship with Terms of Use)

1. This policy constitutes a part of the Terms of Use, and the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to matters not stipulated in this Policy.

2 If the provisions of this policy conflict with the provisions of the Terms of Use, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
