Refund policy

This policy sets forth the conditions, etc., for refunds of charges (hereinafter simply referred to as "charges") for products and services sold or provided by the Company.

(Refund conditions)

1 We will refund the received price to the customer only in the following cases.

(1) When the sale or provision of goods or services is not made or is significantly delayed due to reasons attributable to the Company;

(ii) if the Company finds that all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective;

(1) When the Company fails to sell or provide goods or services to the customer or there is a significant delay due to reasons attributable to the customer (failure to provide information necessary for the sale or・This includes, but is not limited to, the customer's lack of cooperation necessary for the sale or provision of services.)

(ii) In the event that all or part of the goods or services are damaged or defective due to reasons attributable to the customer.

(3) When the customer has already started using the product or service

(Application for refund)

1. If the customer wishes to receive a refund of the price, the customer shall apply for the refund to the Company by the prescribed method separately specified by the Company. The costs required for this application (including communication costs, postage costs and other costs) shall be borne by the customer.

2. When the Company receives the application set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall promptly examine whether or not to refund the price, and upon completion of the examination, notify the customer of the examination results in a manner prescribed by the Company. To do.

(Refund method/timing)

1. When refunding the price, the Company will refund the price by a method separately specified by the Company. The Company will bear the costs required for the refund (including bank transfer fees, etc.).

2. The timing of the refund of the price based on the preceding paragraph shall be specified separately by the Company.

(Return of goods, etc.)

1. When receiving a refund of the price, the customer shall bring or send the received product to the place designated by the Company by the method separately designated by the Company by the time separately designated by the Company. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves it.

2 If the customer receives a refund of the price, the customer shall immediately stop using the provided service or restore the provided service to its original state by the time separately specified by the Company. However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves it.

3. The customer shall bear the costs required for bringing or sending the goods specified in the preceding two paragraphs, restoring the original state of the service, etc. (including transportation expenses, transfer fees, etc.). However, this shall not apply if the Company specifically approves it.

(Not applicable to cooling-off)

1. When the Company conducts mail-order sales, the provisions regarding cooling-off under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act") do not apply.

2 Customers may not withdraw or cancel an application for a contract related to the sale or provision of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), except as otherwise specified in this Policy. , Article 15-3, Paragraph 1 of the Specified Commercial Transaction Law shall not apply to this Agreement.

(Relationship with Terms of Use)

1. This policy constitutes a part of the Terms of Use, and the provisions of the Terms of Use shall apply to matters not stipulated in this Policy.

2 If the provisions of this policy conflict with the provisions of the Terms of Use, the provisions of this policy shall take precedence.
